Rigel Canada's executive team consists of a diverse group of skilled professionals on two continents, benefiting from a wealth of expertise in operational, technical, financial and quality management.

While providing goal-oriented direction, senior managment also makes every effort to maintain and improve upon its accreditations and self-imposed performance standards for the RIGEL fleet, helping to guide the company to its next level of growth and success.

Rigel Canada Inc. attributes its success to the highly skilled, experienced and motivated seagoing personnel who oversea the day-to-day operations of the fleet.

Continuously benefiting from new training programs and skill upgrading all crew members are chemical/oil tanker and Transport Canada Ship Safety (STCW95) certified and operate under a zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy.

The Rigel fleet personnel are members of one of two unions:

• the Canadian Merchant Service Guild (for Officers)
  
• the Seafarers International Union (for Unlicensed Crew).
